Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped in Elkhart for a visit but when Mrs. Claus turned around......Santa and the reindeer were gone! She needs all the children's help to find them!
We know that Santa is somewhere at the Wellfield Botanical Gardens at 1011 N. Main Street in Elkhart. Santa has loved the Wellfield Botanical Gardens since the mid-1800's when the property became the source of hydraulic energy and drinking water for the City of Elkhart. Santa is known to relax before his "big night" by visiting Wellfield and taking in the beauty of the 36 acre property made mostly of water. |
Santa was spotted playing in one of the many gardens at Wellfield. But with over 14 individual gardens on the property, we don't know where he has went.
| Mrs. Claus thinks that Santa is hiding somewhere among the tall oaks or hickory trees, or maybe by the wildlife footprints along the Adventure Path, or perhaps he is by the sculpture of the mother bear and her cub in the Annual Garden. She's not real sure but she knows he is hiding and she needs the help of the children! |
Please join us on Friday December 1st, 2017 from 6pm - 8pm and help Mrs. Claus find Santa and the reindeer! Follow clues given by Santas elves along the luminated walkway and beautiful Christmas lights. Once you find Santa, enjoy your visit while receiving a small gift and a book (while supplies last). Then warm up at the hot cocoa station and head to the craft table where you'll make some fun Christmas crafts!
And don't forget...... this is the season for giving so please bring a toy to add in Santa's sleigh for Toys for Tots!! |
